San Rafael Bay is the stretch of San Francisco Bay's shoreline between the Canal in San Rafael and China Camp. It is a patchwork of small parks, upscale developments, and the huge, noisy, and thoroughly objectionable San Rafael Rock Quarry on Point San Pedro. The quarry can legally remain for decades, until they have finished demolishing the entirety of the headland.
