Larkspur, Greenbrae, and Corte Madera cluster around the estuary of Corte Madera Creek. The channel was dredged to allow high speed ferries to dock at Larkspur Landing, the main northern terminus of the Golden Gate Ferry system. Many people use this for commuting, but it is also makes a great day trip to the city just for fun. There are also special ferry runs direct to AT&T Park for SF Giants baseball games.
