Cooks Meadow in Yosemite Valley
Yosemite National Park California

Cooks Meadow is north of the Merced River near Sentinel Bridge, an easy walk from either Yosemite Lodge or the Village. A trail crossing its south side gives excellent views of both Upper and Lower Yosemite Falls. In springtime boggy parts of the meadow provide photographers with reflection shots of the falls.
